Haven’t gotten my case yet
Haven’t gotten my case yet, not sure if it’s still in the mail or what, but ordered it a while ago and haven’t received it yet.

These cases don't deserve even a !
These cases don't deserve even a ! star. They seem to fall apart as soon as the package arrives, and the blue tooth never worked on mine . The worst thing of all is that I bought 2 about 2 years ago , both had major problems and I argued with Cases 2, to no avail. I find that Cases 2 couldn't give a hoot about the customer once the product has been sold. Still I keep getting these disgusting emails wanting me to buy more of their stuff, even though I told them to quit emailing me . I think I ticked them off ,and so I'm bombarded with their emails as their way to tell me they won !!

Terrible Service
Terrible Service Simply cancelled my order when I complained they still hadn't shipped it 8 days after it was placed despite their claim of "Fast Shipping. Almost every weekday order ships in 24 hours or less." *1 Year On Update* Tablets2cases kindly sent me a voucher for the previous problems encountered, however when I placed an order using it, the nightmare started all over again..conflicting info provided, difficult to get actual answers, delivery delays blamed on Coronavirus (fair enough), Chinese New Year, Stock problems etc etc. Shame really as the products themselves are good - I desperately wanted to improve the rating on this review but simply can't.

Took 3 months to finally receive my…
Took 3 months to finally receive my tablet case and when I got it it was very cheap poor quality and had a tear on one corner. After all the hassle from order to shipping and arrival I didn't bother with any more complaints. Just know not to order from tablets to cases again
