I would like to thank the Tablet2Cases for the bulk order that we bought. Customer service was on point! I would like to thank Carlos and Karelia for making this experience easy and accommodating towards our purchase. Although there were a few shipping hiccups (out of their control), they were able to provide the cases in a timely manner. We bought our first few orders through Amazon, but instead with our most recent order, we ordered through them directly. We were missing some hand straps from our amazon order and they shipped it to us within the week of mentioning it to them. They were always in contact with me and updated me when they had tracking information, or informing me that shipping was delayed etc.. I can't wait to order from them again when we need new ipad cases
