The case i bought for my kids Samausng…
The case i bought for my kids Samausng tablet is perfect!! I received my items within a few days! I expected it to take much longer due to the pandemic going on. Their communication was spot on!

Thank you all so very much for you help and assistance with regard to the problem with my tablet case. I especially want to thank you all for your empathy and understanding with regard to my request for help. The case was a wonderful gift from my dear mum that passed, so that made this case so very special to me. Your team were unable to help supply a part I needed but respected sincerely how special this item was for me. Due to this time of lockdown and I said I would persevere with my case, your team kindly decided to send me a replacement now in the event it would not be possible within the near future. I cannot thank you all enough for what you have done for me, in the memory of my mums gift, it just means so very very much to me. When I saw your response it truly brought tears to my eyes, I cannot thank you enough for your sincere kind efforts on my behalf. Thank you all so very much. Gillian xx
