Hello Gabe, Thanks for your honest feedback. Sure we have warehouses located over the country however, depending on the demand of the item, sometimes this is not available in these warehouses. I have reviewed your order and can see that this is in fact a paragon of the situation. Just as the company also wants to deliver the orders within the specified period as we always strive to provide fast shipment, however, once the parcel is handed over to the shipping partner, least we can do is follow its movement. Dear David, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your case. I noticed you mentioned that the case "slowed down your device because of the magnets". Please accept our apologies for the experience you are having with your device. The magnets in the case are simply used to hold the removable keyboard in place. It is unlikely that it "slow down" your device as you mentioned since the weak magnets in your case are incapable of such things. Therefore I would suggest you get in touch with your device manufacturer to ensure your device is working as smoothly as it should be. I also recommend taking a look at our user manual section on our help centre if you are having issues: t2c.co/usermanuals In the meantime, I would like to arrange a brand new replacement case for you or a full refund. I can see that we replied to your email the same day and let you know that we would like to send you out another keyboard with touchpad right away via expedited delivery. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a reply from you so we went ahead and refunded your order in full. You do not need to return your items back to us.
