The information is available once your order is shipped, and a separate email with the same information is systematically sent to the email address associated with the order. There is a big chance that the shipment information email went straight to your spam folders. Would you be so kind as to check and confirm this for me? Moreover, your order was shipped from our local storage within 24 hours from when the order took place. Circumstances such as the pandemic disruption are out of our control and can cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, there is also a random chance our carriers may experience delays. Despite these challenging times, we are doing the best we can given the logistics options available on the given day, and always made sure we deliver the order within seven days only. In many situations, the below steps will help to locate your package. If you have not already done so, then please try the following: - Verify the shipping address. - Look for a notice of attempted delivery. - Look around the delivery location for your package. - See if someone else accepted the delivery (family member, neighbor). - Some packages travel through multiple carriers; please check your mailbox or the usual place where you receive mail. - Wait 24 hours - in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 24 hours before arrival.
