Very good service
I was not able to order online but the phone call was efficient then we communicated by email. The tabletop I ordered was discontinued in my first choice color but I was notified quickly and second choice was available. Shipping was fast.

The table bases arrived without a box…
The table bases arrived without a box or anything to protect them. Thankfully they were not damaged except for a few scratches. We can still use them for our customers conference table.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. Table top came quickly, but cracked, and they replaced it immediately.

Great Customer service
The product really exceeded expectation . Whoever packed the product for shipping needs some guidance . You can't throw a heavy cast iron part in a cardboard box with little or no corner packing and hope it'll get there intact Customer service ,namely Michael , was very good about replacing a missing part promptly . I recommend this product and company .

Very nice base
Very nice base. Only issue was that the one side of the notch where the long bolt which holds the whole thing together fits into the part which attaches to the table top (if that makes sense) had some extra metal in there which prohibited the bolt from seating properly. I was able to clean it out with a Dremel though, and after that all was well.
