The Murano 4 is an attractive
The Murano 4 is an attractive, well made and heavy base. The first base arrived with shipping damage. I talked with Jacob about a replacement. The customer service he provided was extraordinary! He shipped a new base out to me that same day. Well, the 2nd base arrived with more damage than the first. I didn't have the heart to complain again as Jacob let me keep the first base. So now I have 2 slightly damaged bases, through no fault of Tablebases.com. Although I would suggest beefing up the packaging.
