I am very disappointed with this company credit Card called Mission Lane that this bank offers. They’re reporting is set up for failure. They wait till after your payment date to put fees on your card balance just the same day as a report to the credit bureau just lkeep them to control your credit worthiness, even though two days later they refunded defeats back to my Card. They left the bad reporting on my credit.They easily could have easily fixed the bad reporting but choose not to for a whole month I submitted several complaints to try to get this resurrected and they acted like it was not a big deal and that their mistake does not need to be rectified by calling your credit bureaus. We just dropped my credit 60 points and I had to wait all month for them to update their credit bureau instead of just doing it out of cycle, update and updating their mistake. If you care about your credit or trying to be built your credit, skip this bank and skip this card cause it will destroy you.

TAB must stand for “Totally Abhorrent Banking.” I opened an online bank with TAB a few months ago. I then began direct deposit with them on the heels of a new job. After a successful direct deposit of my first employment payroll, I used their mobile deposit feature to deposit a rather small 401k disbursement check from Nationwide (yes, THAT Nationwide). Deposit accepted, or at least that’s what I was initially notified of. Hours later, I receive an impersonal auto-text that the deposit was rejected, with NO explanation, all after having me write “For TAB Deposit only” on the back of the check, effectively rendering it useless elsewhere. Rightfully agitated, I used the handy, generic email addresses of both the CEO and COO from TAB’s website, informing them of my experience and requesting an explanation of their deposit and check policy. Rather than being professional, grown men, they failed to reply and instead I was treated to another auto-email informing me that TAB was exercising their right to CLOSE my account, which they actually did! I was suddenly locked out of my online banking app with only a promise of “mailing” me a check for any remaining balance in my account. Imagine a bank failing to honor something so basic as a mobile check deposit, failing to explain why, failing to reply to a corporate complaint, then closing your account out of sheer spite. Folks, your money is safer under your mattress than in the hands of this inept organization. Don’t take my word for it - Google their reviews on other platforms, many bordering a single star out of five. Stay away!

This is very bad Bank. This is commerce. They have a person agent his name Mason this is person is thief those Bank no honest. I lost a lot of money with him. Always they play game when you send him POL. I recommend everybody don’t go make any deal with those old people, there is liars. I still have money with him over $20,000 I will sue him dealing with this Bank is issue 2 miles 36 For Valley Mall Boulevard towards Uniontown

WOW, TAB Bank is the WORST bank Ever! Beware of the HIDDEN Fees associated with opening up certain accounts. Also, its 2024 and their banking infrastructure / UI is OUTDATED! The system breaks a lot and simple everyday task, like money transfers take FOREVER 11-15 days. What good is 5.27% APY if your money sits in limbo earning Zero interest. If you do not keep a certain amount of moneys or make certain amount charges every month, you are charged a fee of $8+. Fees that TAB or any of the other Bank reviewer authors do not mention. Lastly, while waiting for your accounts to be activated as your moneys are in limbo, TAB Will Not remit to you Free checks to use. Even if it's a system wide issue, TAB will charge you or propose a non-solution for an issue of their doing.
