I'm not sure where the positive reviews came from but I signed up on their home page because it said if I gave them my email I would get in for free. Then the page was redirected to a pricing page for a discount on the paid version of the account. This is worse than bait and switch and leaves a terrible first impression. It immediately screams these people lied. I don't know who made their sales page but if I got that feeling I'm sure a lot of other people got the same feeling. They should serious A/B test a different funnel.
