I ordered on May 5th and received the product on June 6th after a month of back and forth. The product received is nothing compared to what I had ordered. They are offering me $10 refund for a $52 product. Can someone who had similar issue confirm what was the company they used to deduct the amount? Is it TRANQUIA2LQ

Order never arrived. No answer to emails. No refund provided.

I ordered something for my grand niece in Florida for her birthday. Didn’t arrive in time and after a month of waiting and tracking (a one point it said it was in Alaska!) They said it was delivered. It wasn’t. I argued back and forth with them and gave up. Lost the money and I had to buy another gift. My bad for not checking them out before I bought!

DO NOT order from this company, I ordered something in February 2026 and as of April 2 2026 it still did not deliver. I am getting a huge runaround.....reported to BBB and credit card company.

Only gave one star because I had to. I ordered on 12/24/2025. The payment almost immediately happened. The order was fulfilled on 1/9/2026. I watched the tracking closely all month. Finally, it cleared US customs on 2/4/2026, and left customs on 2/6/2026. At that point all shipping updates stopped. I live about 12 hrs from where it said the parcel left. A week later (2/14/26), I e-mailed them. I was told that they would send a new order "in a few days." Another week later, I e-mailed again (2/20/26), and was told that delays happen and to wait. I e-mailed back and requested a refund. I got another response to wait. Again, I requested a refund. No response yet

If I could give zero stars I would! Scam site . I contacted 3 times about my order and received the same response. Don’t trust anything from them. Ordered on April 8 2025 and now it’s May 23rd.

This is a scam website. I was given 3 different tracking numbers for my order after they said it was delivered. I contacted USPS and they confirmed I was scammed. Do not order from this website.
