SynergyspanishReviews of synergyspanish.com

They are very quick to get you enrolled but when you try to cancel your membership, they ignore your emails and requests. Continually pull payments. Their portal will not let you terminate. I have sent 3 emails now and still no response. It's $19 per month, EWA you can get a full year for $38 and you can do it on your phone. EWA is Better value and Superior learning system. Anyone reading this should beware before signing up!

I have been working with Marcus for several years and have 3 courses. I have found the courses very helpful. Now Im living in Spain I want to really ramp up my learning. Ive become stuck on Bola de Nieve and have tried on 5 separate occasions to obtain support. This is via email and their website. I really dont know why they dont reply. In the past I have always had good support. I receive their daily marketing emails but now they just go straight to Trash. Ive now stopped Synergy Spanish and moved on to another learning platform. Come on Marcus...whats going on ???

After reading the reviews I am a bit baffled, I purchased the course some 3 years ago and still use it every week. I have had no problems at all and the way of teaching suits me. Speaking Spanish has worked for me.

There is no customer support and there is no way to cancel a subscription. I have tried several times now and there is no reaction, so I eill probably have to cancel my credit card to avoid the subscription fee. Looks like a real scam.

I recently tried the months trial but decided not to continue. However it appears that it is impossible to ‘cancel any time’ as all my attempts to cancel have been ignored. I have contacted my bank and they still keep trying to take money for a monthly subscription that I don’t want. Beware.

I wanted to learn Spanish with Marcus as his approach to teaching suit me very well. However I found it so difficult to download and I couldn't find the app at all. If he could sort out these issues and make the whole process far more streamlined, I would be very happy to try it again. I asked for a refund and it was back in my account within a couple of days, thank you.

This is a scam site - I purchased 3 kings sub many years ago which is meant to be a lifetime subscription. They links and app don't work, I cant download any materials and there is no response from Marcus or the support team despite my many attempts to reach out. I have reported the company and will also do a chargeback via my credit card company if possible. Unbelievable - scamming people in a cost of living crisis is the lowest of the low !

Can’t give zero as it will not allow. Paid my money. No link to start course. No response to emails a completed scam/con do not touch this
