FRAUD ALERT!!! You don't give refunds??? How are you still in business?? I guess that explains why your customer service consists of 3 people. I'm going to check in with you from time to time. because the BBB now knows of your fraudulent business practice now too.

EDIT***.They said it's have to pay expensive shipping back to China, even though they sent the wrong size item, or take a $6 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! What they advertise and what they send are VASTLY DIFFERENT in sizes. Advertise a large , send a micro mini air filter thing

I liked that I received a variety, but the packet of seeds took a long time to ship from Sweden. The ad was misleading, I expected a bag of seeds. No paperwork. I contacted them for a refund and was offered $4. I paid $22.29 and the packet I received was 2x2 inches. I requested to speak to a manager and was ignored.

Very weak magnet barely stays connected to the phone and charges so slow. Would not recommend this device to anyone.

I have been trying to get ahold of the company but they keep saying that I never bought the product. I bought the product with no instructions that it is in a different language. So I tried the product as best I could. And it doesn't work. Don't waste your money.
