I ordered a Pilates bar which i saw…
I ordered a Pilates bar which i saw from an ad on Facebook, it was on offer and was the cheapest around when looking at other providers, i placed the order and their website stated I could get shipping insured for 0.20, so I added it on The total order on my invoice was around £13 However when they took the money they withdrew around £17! I immediately contacted them and said I wished to cancel the order as my invoice and actual money taken was two different amounts and I now didn't trust any of this was legitimate That's the bad part However, I immediately had a reply back saying the usual, no refund as already been shipped and the extra money taken was for shipping insurance but they would refund me for it True to word a few days later I had the refund back into my account I had delivery updates every step of the way and the item turned up in 6 working days So all in all, can't complain too much!
