Bad payment and customer service experience
My tickets were automatically closed twice because they did not respond in the ticket. My reviews in discord were deleted (a staff said because I was not their customer even though I paid at that time) I was asking to buy a VPS. After confirming the price, LTC was the only payment method I can do (I do not have any INR method). I tried asking for exact amount of LTC but a staff only say 2 USD so I used ff.io to swap 2 USDT to LTC (ff order AY25BH; LTC txid: ad4a25ca9ca3df670f7abe1f0150452938a3bda3f0798c4592271091b59b75f7). 12 hours later, LTC price dropped around 2% so the value in the staff's wallet was only $1.95. That staff asks me to send another $0.25 to cover cost.

You should understand that if a staff member tells you $2 in LTC, you should check the current LTC/USD rate before sending. Crypto prices fluctuate, and we cannot control the value after the payment is made. Also, the staff offered you a refund, but you refused it. So using this situation as a reason to call the host bad isn't really fair. We are always open to genuine feedback, but please understand the situation properly before leaving a review and blaming the host. We’ll also take your feedback into consideration and improve where needed.
