Sylex StudioReviews of sylexstudio.com

Emma was absolutely amazing in getting my site set up and working!

Oscar was really helpful and had a line of communication open the whole time, and on point with getting the project finished, thank you so much .....

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after everything I have experienced, I feel a responsibility to warn other business owners before they spend their money here. I hired Sylex Studio to build a website for my company in Canada. My business already existed, I already had social media accounts, and I only wanted a professional website to help my company grow online. I paid the full amount upfront because I trusted their promises. Today, more than four months later, my website is still not completed or delivered. This is actually my second review. I had previously left a negative review because of the delays and poor communication. The company contacted me multiple times, apologized, and sincerely asked me to remove it. They explained how important Google reviews are for their business and promised that my website would be completed quickly if I gave them another chance. As a business owner myself, I understand how damaging a negative review can be, so I decided to trust them, gave them another opportunity, and removed my review. That was a mistake. More than two months have passed since I removed my review, and nothing has changed. The promises meant nothing. The communication has been one of the worst parts of this experience. I have dealt with at least five or six different people, and every single time I had to explain my company, my website, and my requirements from the beginning because nobody seemed to know anything about my project. There is no project manager, no accountability, and no one who takes ownership of your website. Instead of completing the website I had already paid for, they continued trying to sell me additional services. Even more confusing, I was told that my website would not appear on Google and that customers would only be able to access it through a direct link. That completely defeats the purpose of having a business website. As the owner of my own company, I know exactly how customer service should work. Before starting any project, I listen carefully to my clients, understand their needs, prepare a clear contract based on their requests, communicate honestly, follow the agreed timeline, and deliver what I promise. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite with Sylex Studio. If you choose to work with this company, be prepared for missed deadlines, poor communication, broken promises, constant staff changes, upselling instead of delivering what you already paid for, and a complete lack of customer care. I honestly never imagined I could have such a disappointing experience with a web design company. If you enjoy wasting your time, money, and energy, then this company may be for you. Otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I cannot recommend Sylex Studio based on my experience. I wish I had never removed my first review. If I could give -10 stars, I would.
