Waited a week for my purchase to ship. When I contacted the company about canceling the order because the item wasn’t going to come in time, they immediately “shipped” it. I’ve been waiting almost a month for the package to move from their facility. I couldn’t wear it for the intended purchase and no one got back to me about the cancellation.

Dear Elizabeth, I am so sorry for the frustration regarding your order color and the communication gap. I was very concerned to read your recent feedback on Trustpilot. I want to sincerely apologize for the color error with your order. I also noticed you mentioned our customer service was non-existent; I have personally sent a few replies to your previous messages, and I’m worried they may have been filtered into your spam folder. We are a small business that prides itself on service, and your satisfaction is my priority. Once we have resolved this to your satisfaction, would you be open to reconsidering or removing your review? It would mean a lot to our team as we work to improve. Thank you for your patience.
