Hi Florian, thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear about the frustration. We're not able to locate an account under this name, so we'd like to get this sorted out with you directly. Are you referring to the $5 preauthorization? This is clearly stated during the sign up process. It's a temporary hold, not a charge; unless your account is upgraded to a paid plan, you won't be charged anything, and the hold is released by your bank automatically.
