SwitchVPN ReviewsReviews of switchvpn.net

Well I tried it. It didn't work at all for L2TP or PPTP for my router. I tried to configure 20 servers and every one did not work Avoid this sham

Bocciata e sconsigliata.

Don't bother, look elsewhere. I had been with this company for a couple of years and i suspect this is a one man band operation. It came to a point where all UK servers weren't working and fed up with the experience i looked elsewhere and found a much better service for a cheaper price. I then requested a refund which i was within my rights but the company dragged there heels for 6 weeks with several exchanges with them. Realising this isn't going to work, i then threatened them that i was going to let my card issuer deal with this and surprise surprise i got my refund.

Easy to use, quick and good service

Excellent service. Helpful. and most of all they care. i have one issue and they help me like anything!!! never saw such a customer service!!. u deserve more the 5 Stars boys!! if you are looking for a VPN solution this is the company!!!

The VPN is good, very good actually, just some disconnects, but nothing too big.

i believe the service is good, but the customer service is really sucks. it seems that they never respond my complaints. i'm asking about refund because i wasn't using it for 3days, just about an hour and after i found it not helped me, i just cancel membership. i'm asking for refund because it's written that i could try 3days free service, but i need to pay first depends on which plan that i'm gonna take. i hope you won't ignore this review and respond me thanks
