Kill Switch worked great...except for the stomach pain I experienced using it. The stomach pain stopped after I quit using it. Thinking the GABA upset my stomach. The flavor was great and it seemed to mix well.

Good ingredients may not work for everyone

Good combo of ingredients used so instead of taking all these separate, this supplement let's me take these together. Although, the dose of magnesium is not high enough per serving so I have to take more doses.

It definitely improved my sleep. I was more relaxed. I just cannot get over the fake sweet taste. If you make one that is not sweet I will buy again.
