I purchased a Rolex GMT II from the site and i received great communication and the watch arrived extremely fast. Best experience

I have enjoyed two purchases with Swiss Luxury. I'm sure there will be more. No better indication of satisfaction than a return customer.

Excellent service.

I was a little put off after having to provide a scan of my drivers license and additional information but everything was legit and the watch came in right on time! It said the watch was available, but had to be ordered from overseas to them and then to me... but it was very quick

Perfect product, fast turn around, good price, great attentive service.

Tried using SwissLuxury once in the past but the watch I was looking for was not easily attainable. Rather than string me along, Darryl told me that straight up - so when I was looking for another high end watch a year or so later, I remembered that honesty, and Darryl was immediately responsive (again). Within a week the watch was on my wrist. Service was exemplary - would recommend to anyone and would use again.

Absolutely professional and seamless transaction. My next watch will come from SwissLuxury only. Thank you for the perfect deal and hope to be in touch soon!

Purchasing an expensive watch on line raising numerous concerns. When the watch is $16,000 below retail, one is extremely skeptical. Furthermore, the customer does not know the business nor the owner. The relationship develops trust through phone and email interaction. Over several weeks I spoke with Darryl about a Cartier watch. With a leap of faith I ordered the watch. It arrived FEDEX insured shortly there after. The piece is beautiful and absolutely authentic. Initially I had hesitated to wire the money, as that felt way too risky. Hence I paid by AMEX. Swiss Luxury earned my confidence. Next time I will take the additional savings by bank wire wire. I will not hesitate to refer customers.
