SwissLuxury.Com Rolex WatchesReviews of swissluxury.com

This week I bought a Rolex from SwissLuxury.com that I had trouble finding either at local jewelers or online. They were one of only two jewelers online with the watch I needed and by far the best price of the two. I needed the watch before Friday..I ordered it Monday and it was in my hands on Tuesday! It was a perfectly packaged and a beautiful watch. Darryl's expeditious service is very appreciated - I wouldn't hesitate to buy a watch from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I've been doing business with Swiss Luxury for over 10 years. Darryl has always delivered as agreed and I could not be more satisfied customer.

Excellent service and price. Able to talk to a knowledgeable person

I was leery of buying a Rolex from a non-Rolex dealer but having recently received one as a gift from someone who purchased it from SwissLuxury, I decided to give them a try. Darryl was extremely helpful and walked me through the wire transfer. My new Cellini was on my wrist less than forty-eight hours after I hit "purchase" on the website. It came exactly as it would have from a Rolex salon. I can't stop smiling.

I will never buy another watch from anybody else... SwissLuxury.Com has really gone above and beyond for a first time customer. First lets talk about the product. I was in the market for an Omega 300 Spectre watch. This watch is very difficult to procure, all OMEGA retail stores are out of stock. The folks that do have this watch in stock are selling it for an overpriced amount... Shame on them, playing on demand :) I sent an email to the company, and within minutes it was answered. I had done this on vacation outside of my home city. Darryl made this transaction very seamless. Sending a wire transfer for the first time can be very scary. But let me give you some reassurance here... Once my wire was received, Darryl immediately shipped my watch. I didn't tell HIM that the money made it.. He notified me the second the transaction completed... That just does not happen in today's world. Rest assured, these guys are the real deal, and they REALLY seem to care about their customers. The watch arrived in pristine condition, less than 24 hours of receiving my wire... It was packaged very securely... It was the longest 10 minutes of my life. :) I had a great experience and received a great product. I will be giving SwissLuxury.Com all of my watch business... They have earned it! Thank you guys!

I received great customer service from Swiss Luxury. I purchased a Datejust Rolex and am very pleased with my watch. It came with all the Rolex authenticity papers, etc. I would highly recommend Swiss Luxury to others!

Great to deal with . Highly recommend.

Swiss Luxury gave me superior customer service - above and beyond - when I had thought I had ordered my husband a watch for Christmas, only to realize that I had not. I contacted Swiss Luxury, rather panicked, but they were calm and delivered. Thank you!
