Swiss Link Military SurplusReviews of swisslink.com

bad store site to buy from, why do I I have to pay almost 200 dollar for this order S260415094 to the saudi customs when I already paid for the shipping cost and FedEx told me that's the seller set the VAT on me why? and it's now 12 day since I placed the order and never received it and i have a refund i didn't get for almost 4 days i not recommend buying from it (update) they charge me for a transaction i did not make today 2026/4/26 thief and a fraud website (keep away from this website) soon I'll get my lawyer to deal with them

Ordered a gas can and received a receipt on the website but never received a confirmation email. I checked that the email I entered was correct and checked my spam folder, no email to be found. I checked the website again and was only able to find my receipt with no order status details. After a few more days the pending charge fell off my bank statement. I’ve tried calling multiple times only to go straight to voicemail. And my emails have gone unanswered. I was left with no choice but to order from a different website. Customer service is nonexistent if the company even exists anymore.

Do not use company, they seem like they're helpful but shipping issues they are not willing to work with you I would not recommend or use it again I would use another company to a web search you'll find another military surplus online store easily

I placed an order with Swiss Link and almost immediately they cancelled it. Eight days later the charge still shows as pending on my credit card. I have contacted them three times to get an explanation but they have not responded to my inquiries. I am not impressed with this company.
