I should have looked up reviews of them before buying from them. They sold a product (a doorknob) labeled as 2" diameter, but it's actually 2.25" diameter. When I tried to return it on this basis, they asked me to prove it was bigger than they said before they would process the return. I cut into the packaging, took photographs, etc, and then they told me they wouldn't process the return because it was "only aesthetic". Having a mislabeled product is one thing, giving me the runaround and reducing my ability to resell the product is another entirely. As I look through their reviews, I'm noticing they falsely advertise the size of their products on a regular basis. This is a trend with the company. For a company that makes returns so difficult, you would think they would put effort into getting the dimensions right at least so customers can get the product they think they're getting. But they have a much more scammy business model than that. I would advise anybody to not purchase from this place. They do not have any sense of responsibility to their customers at all. And the product they sold was the same as what is available at your local big name hardware store.

I ordered 2 left hand Truth Hardware Entryguard casement operators. One of them was exactly as specified and shown in the online catalogue. The other was not. I wished to return incorrect operator back for the specified operator. The company refused and insisted that I did not know what I was doing and needed to just 'try harder'! Finally grew tired of emailing and talking customer service and scratched my next order and just placed it with another company.

This SWISCO "store" is a complete cheating and a robbery. The products I have purchased here are of extremely low quality and do not match the actual dimensions of the original parts for your windows. I do not recommend that anyone make a deal with this "store" SWISCO. I purchased the "Coil Housing Pivot 15-087" part, which actually does not match the dimensions of the original "Coil Housing Pivot" part, installed on my windows. I also have purchased a “6 lb Series 180 Coil Balance” which I received without the "Mounting Bracket 16-024". I also have purchased the "Mounting Bracket 16-024" separately, but then it turned out that even the "Mounting Bracket 16-024" is sold without a screw, and I also have to buy the screw separately. And for every order you pay for shipping, which you receive after 10-14 days. After 14 days I requered to return all these garbages I purchased from this "store", but: * They don't refund the money I paid for this garbage, saying: "After 30 days, you'll receive store credit applied to your SWISCO account" * They don't refund the shipping charges. * They even don't provide a free return label. And I have wrote to them: You have charged my personal money from two different accounts of mine, and you MUST return my money to the accounts from which you charged it. I have informed you that by your this abnormal style of your bussines, I want completely change my windows and do not purchase anything from your store, ever again, and I do not need your SWISCO credit account. You will return my money to my two accounts from which you robbed me. But, ultimately, they deceived and robbed me. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ For a true and fair business, it would be better and more correct to sell the "6 lb Series 180 Coil Balance" for $5.62 as a complete set, along with the "Mounting Bracket" and "Screw", rather than selling it separately for $4.57. "6 lb Series 180 Coil Balance": $4.57 + "Mounting Bracket": $0.75 + "#8 x 3/8" SS Pan Head Philips Screw": $0.30 = $5.62 And at the same time, you continue to sell these parts separately as well, since other customers may have to buy them separately.

I contacted SWISCO for what should have been a simple coil replacement, but the process became unnecessarily complicated due to poor customer support. Replies took about 4 days each, and my questions about compatibility were not properly addressed. I was repeatedly advised to use two coils (3.5 lb + 4.5 lb) per side to replace my original 8 lb coils—an approach that was clearly incompatible with my single-coil setup and would have unnecessarily doubled the cost. The explanations provided were unclear and did not directly address my concerns. In the end, I had to verify everything myself, weigh the sash (~16 lbs), and determine the correct solution. I installed a single 9 lb coil per side, and it worked perfectly. Shipping costs were also relatively high compared to the price of small parts (e.g., about $6 shipping for a low-cost item). While that might be acceptable with good support, the combination of high shipping costs and slow, unclear guidance made the overall experience frustrating. Overall, I had to rely on my own research to complete what should have been a straightforward repair. If I need similar replacement parts in the future, I will look for other sources instead.

Website and packing slip clearly state product was 3/4" x 7/16" Screen Frame Corner for Andersen Window Screens. Corners received were 9/16" x 7/16". I paid shipping and am expected to pay return shipping to get a refund. Lester on chat was polite but unable to resolve my issue. Received a reply this morning 11/24/2025. Issue resolved to my satisfaction. Change rating to 5 star.

I ordered 2 bathroom stall lock replacement kits for the building I help manage the second week of August. When I went to check the tracking the day it was supposed to be delivered, the USPS notice stated that it was returned to sender because the address did not exist. However, the address they sent it to wasn’t the delivery address I entered. When I emailed customer support to try to get help, all I received was a curt response to submit a new order and that my card would be credited once they got back the new order. Ok, fine. So I placed a second order that day, with an expected delivery date of 9/2. Fine. I was very careful to make sure the delivery address was correct. Even my order confirmation email showed that yes, I really did have the right delivery address in. On 8/29 I got a rather confusing email from Customer Service asking me to call them about my order. I still assume it was in regards to the first order being returned to sender. I called back and told them to refund me the order amount, but that the error in the delivery address was 100% their fault and to look into it. So on 9/2, I went to track my second order and it was again returned to sender because they sent it to THE SAME address that does not exist. When I contacted customer service by phone, he didn’t believe me. I offered to forward the email I had gotten. He had me forward it to the general customer service email. After about 7-10 minutes, he stated he still wasn’t seeing my email, as if I hadn’t sent it. We then got disconnected. I immediately hopped on a chat with customer service, since that option would at least allow me to send screen shots once I got past the bot. Once I got a human, I explained to her I was talking to another rep but a) he hadn’t gotten my email and b) wasn’t believing me and c) I could send all of the screenshots to prove I did everything I could to get this dang order. So I did send her screenshots of my order confirmation email with the right shipping address, the shipping email from Swisco with the incorrect address again, and the return to sender again. She questioned me again, but I pointed out to her AGAIN that the order confirmation was correct and they were the problem. By then, the phone rep called me back. He was able to replicate the error in their system when he placed a dummy order and saw that it changed the correct address to the non-existent address. His only solution was to “let” me place the order over the phone, with the suggestion that I have it delivered to a different address, such as a house. I’d still have to pay for all shipping. I’d still have to wait a week or more. Even if I paid for expedited shipping (for almost the same cost as the initial order), I could probably get the parts by the weekend. No way. What a disgusting experience. No accountability, no desire to make anything right, no going above and beyond. Only blame. So I went and I ordered the parts from a big box store that I have a heck of a lot more trust in.

Buyer beware. Received glazing bead order but did not fit. Approval for return was granted. However, when return shipping cost exceeded the price of the product, I asked to utilize their shipping account number and was denied. Now I’m stuck with product I cannot use.

Purchased 30 34B series channel balance 9 of the 30 failed was told these should last 10 to 15 years lasted 3 years Swisco would not stand in back of product paid $425.22 I proved there balances failed so you might want to check other websites 5/23/25 I am still not happy with your reply letter. You are pushing this off on me again. I decided to go find another company that I can trust. The original purchase I was told that these balances were custom-made. This is not true. I have found the same balance for half of the price in stock. I have no faith in Swisco Inc.
