SWISCO,INCReviews of swisco.com

I had looked everywhere for a replacement handle set for my old sliding door. Every replacement set I reviewed had a different mounting bolt spread. I noticed the name Reflectolite Products inside the existing handle and did a search. Swisco was the ONLY distributor that had the latch set with the correct bolt spread. The handle set not only fit but was well made and designed, is robust and fit perfectly. The new replacement set fit a door that is twenty four years old.

I ordered two channel balances for my non-tilt window. They were delivered quickly, were packaged securely, and when I watched the video created by the company, I was able to easily replace the parts in my window and get it operational again. Great service! Great tutorial!

Can't thank this company enough looked everywhere for sliding gear for my mirrored doors thought l might have to replace the whole lot until swisco came to my rescue Had replaced the part in 20 minutes of arrival You can't get anything done in the UK excellent service God bless America

What a fabulous company to do business with as a consumer! We needed help with specific window items they helped us by requesting pictures and found the specific items we needed on an older window. Their customer support is a model for how all companies should treat customers. The return policy was quick and efficient. We can not say enough good things about Swisco. Thank you for your help which we felt went above and beyond.

SWISCO provided excellent customer service, great guidance on window repairs and replacement part suggestion. In my case, the part suggested worked perfectly. I highly recommend this online company.

Many thanks to the extremely helpful and friendly chaps at Torquay townhall today working at the garden waste collection. I took my garden waste and you took all the bags from my car and emptied them for me, returning my bags so I could reuse them. Excellent service!

Very pleased with items I ordered and fast delivery,I had a window repair company give me an estimate to fix 2 windows(746.00 plus tax)ordered parts here, total cost with shipping 65.00.I am an international customer and would recommend all to try this company

I recently purchased a replacement casement lock for an older window. The ease of navigating the Swissco parts catalogue was an unexpected surprise. Ordering was effortless as well. The main reason for the great review is the superb customer service I received when my order was later than I had hoped. Rhiannon responded immediately assuring me the order was on its way with the familiar delays due to Canadian postal processing. Altogether the experience has been exceptional! They sure do treat the customer as family.
