The idea that you can send digital photos of your part from a couple of angles next to a ruler by email and hear back the next day from a human being with the part number, pricing and availability is strange. Plus they have curated answered questions from the past pertaining to the part you’re looking for. I got the right parts in a week. It’s impressive to me at least. It’s all pretty low-tech and old-fashioned but it seems to work. It’s a very likeable company.

I called Customer Service and was looking for an odd piece for a shower. My request was transferred to a specialist and later an AI search was completed and an alternative piece was identified. The Service was very professional and emails were sent at every step. I highly recommend Swisco Co. Thank You!

I will review Swisco on EACH and EVERY platform because I am so very appreciative of the customer service they provide. When you chat or email them, you get a real person, with a real name and that means a lot!!! ---and their website --- I love the photos (there are at least 3) that will have different views with measurements. Take time to compare your measurements to the photos. This is what I try first. If I still need help, I can email them or use the online chat - I love both equally - I would say to take photos, different angles and use a tape measure, this will help you and Swisco ---- Thank you Swisco for being a reputable and truly customer-oriented company!

SWISCO has those hard to find parts for patio doors, the parts that you can't find at the big box stores. Their customer service is excellent, the parts I ordered actually came in earlier than I expected.
