I was promised 12 bottles in the last shipment but was reduced to 10. I felt like a bait and switch move by the company. The 10 bottles is a bargain but don't promise one thing and send another. Disappointing!

The employee was very helpful with our first order. We ordered 2 cases and during shipping 1 case was broken. She immediately took care of the issue and a replacement for the broken case was shipped immediately. She also honored a special that was being offered through Firstleaf.

After about three weeks I had to ask about when I would get my wine. I was then told it was lost? No one contacted me about my wine being lost?

Really good wines.. takes me over and above my standard go-tos… prices are fabulous.. it’s nice to just have it there when you need it.. will keep doing this for sure..
