I was SO amazed by the timing of delivery!!
Ordering from Swirl was one of the easiest things ever! I was ordering for a work event and I was worried that I had waited too long and delivery of the wine might not make it in time. My event was coming up on Friday and on Saturday I realized that I had not yet purchased wine!! I saw the Swirl website and ordered 11 bottles of wine that day! It was so easy and they offered delivery at a local UPS Store, where I went to pick up the order on Monday!!! I couldn't believe it when I was notified on Monday that the wine was ready for pick up!! Very impressed. I will tell everyone that I know who likes wine that this is the best place to get it!!! Thanks so much.

I had sent you a previous e-mail about this horrible experience. My ten (10) bottles of wine were all BAD. When I say bad, I mean they had a "green alcoholic" taste to them. They all had this same taste. As requested, I will send a list of the wines and see what happens after that. I will send another e-mail as to how Swirl handles this situation.
