When I opened up the cork it was rotten…
When I opened up the cork it was rotten and fell all into my wine I would never purchase one from here again

Ordered a 10 bottle red selection from…
Ordered a 10 bottle red selection from Swirl, so far 2 of the 3 bottles I have tried are undrinkable and got tossed, Both are Californie wines, zinfandel and ganache. Can not recommend this company as I complained, no response... They claimed to have responded, I never saw a respose and they say they have issued credit, haven't seen that either. The question is: what about the remaining bottles, if they are bad do I get the same invisible credit?? Work needs to be done here, customer satisfaction?? Don't ask if you don't want the answer.
