Fast accurate service!! Awesome

My wife used to own a small bistro/wine shop and served some of the best wines from around the world. During that time, we both acquired a palate for good wines (borderline snobbish LOL). After securing three bottles from Swirl Wine Shop from the selections they offered (a Syrah Rose and two Pinot Noir's), we crossed our fingers that buying wine from an online source would be a good experience. To our amazement and relief, all three wines were OUTSTANDING! Yay Swirl Wine Shop! You did GREAT! The wines came quickly, they were affordable and best of all, DELICIOUS! Thank you!! We will be doing business again!

Good wine was delivered quickly. As a person with arthritis, I wish screw caps were available.

Disappointed by the wines.

I didn’t feel like the selection process was informative enough to help me make a decision. No information on what to expect from the wines was listed (that I could easily see). Upon delivery it was also somewhat disappointing to not have an info card or any info on the wines after the fact. It just felt very transactional and not an experience I would be eager to go back to.
