I first ordered from Swirl using a promo credit received from Nift. I’m so glad I did. The wines are delicious, get delivered straight to my door and I earn credits each time I order, which I will be doing again and again.

I received a rosé that was excellent, but then one bottle of red tasted like vinegar and was undrinkable, and then another gave me a terrible hangover (this is unusual for me).

I used a code to cover some cost but still spend an additional 50, which I wish I wouldn't have done. I have dumbed out 4 of the 5 so far. My odds are not looking good about the 5th one. I then received another code and like others, I am not interested in even using it. The wines are not that good and you can buy better flavor elsewhere and definitely cheaper.

Today I tried to place my third and final order with SWIRL. The navigation of your site was horrendous. The drop box offering a discount to apply was not definitive of the $ amount. How much discount is "SANTA 50"? The verification process sent a code to both my email and text on phone. Overkill and confusing. The minimum required to avoid the shipping charge was whether before or after any discount was unclear. One shouldn't have to go completely through the process to find out. The order I was going to place had no way to delete so I went in to remove each item. The site would not let me remove the last item so it's still in there. Your site is not user friendly.

Consistently great wine choices. An easy way to try different wines. Good prices. Great customer service. I will keep ordering from them.
