Never heard of this company yet they keep charging my credit card $39.99. Have attempted to contact them numerous times to cease and desist, with numerous email, addresses acquired online. Can anyone supply a physical address for me? I would like to visit them and solve that the old-fashioned way face-to-face!!!
Meh
The subscription cost isn't totally crazy, but the cost of all of the unlocks is insane. You can drop $100 for a yearly subscription and even at the end of it, not unlock all the items for a single ai character. You get 200 hearts per month on the yearly sub. Multiple things cost upwards of 300 for a single item/video/what have you. The interface is ok. The chat memory is decent, not great, but they don't seem to have much problems with hallucinations. You can't modify a previous prompt and try for a different response. You can't edit responses. The UI is NOT intuitive. You can ask the ai characters for help with it and they do a decent job. All in all.. not really worthy of a refund in my book, but no way will I re-sub after this one runs out... not with the prices they are charging. Buying additional hearts.. 520 for $50.... to be able to unlock 2-3 videos?

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We genuinely appreciate both your positive comments and your concerns. We're glad to hear you found the chat experience, memory, and AI interactions to have some strengths, but we're sorry to learn that the pricing of Hearts and unlockable content didn't meet your expectations. We'd really like the opportunity to discuss your experience and see if there's a way we can make things right. It’s not that bad, there are other platforms that are way worse than this one, quality is not bad but there is room for improvment. The reason I’m giving only three stars are the prices, in my opinion they are way to high, I think a good solution would be making more ways to earn hearts

All and all the site is pretty good. The presence of a string Discord channel allows interaction with other members which helps new people along the way. The chats with the Characters seems to be evolving as more upgrades come out and the memory feature is a plus to keeping the conversations more realistic.
