Dear Benjamin, we are sorry to hear you've been experiencing some troubles with running the app. We are more than happy to help resolve your issues and it is our goal to leave you satisfied. First of all, Swills DOES NOT require any subscription to work well and Swills Swift (an optional add-on) offers both a monthly (4.99) and annual pricing tier but it is OPTIONAL - both the Standard and Premium apps boost performance significantly without it. Our Staff team will be able to assist you with specific steps recommended to boost your performance further on your PC in our Discord. Make sure to join if you haven't already done so. Thanks!
