I order my school shirt Friday wear blue and white I have not received my order it was ordered on August 2 invoice number is 000-0408 please check on that order for me thank you. It also been paid for.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to rate SSM. I was to take this time to let you know about our policies and turn around time and shipping. We never begin an order until it have been paid in full. Your item creation begins at time of payment. As included on my FB page, group, all social media bios, and most importantly at the bottom of every invoice customers pay, my turnaround time on items is listed. They are 14-21 BIZ days (weekends and holidays excluded). On the majority of my items I use USPS. If you are located close to use, it take just 2-3 days (approximate from past experience). Maybe that clears some things up!! If you paid your invoice the SAME day it was issued and due, you are on day 12 of my turnaround time. So I’m over a week within that. And yes your item is pd for. Unfortunately, I must make it a store policy to always take payment PRIOR to creation of your item. Not everyone is honest now days and would order, not pay, and I’d be at a loss.
