Difficult to navigate to app and payment page no notification of upcoming billing and auto renewal without any receipt. They refuse to offer a full refund after cancellation, save your money and time and don't pay for anything because they'll hide it to auto charge you in the future.

I logged in a couple of days ago and everything was fine. I tried to log in today, and the app is completely different. Gone is the interaction, the personalization, the "choose your own adventure" aspect of the app that made it enjoyable. I was a paid subscriber before, and had created some stories I would re-read, but this new version is just like everything else out there. Extremely disappointed. Deleted my account.

The app is now completely different to what was sold. It was sold as written stories. You could write romantasy. It now seems to be a site of audiostories with very similar themes. This is a completely shift of product type and the product does not match what was sold.

Ugh!!! I canceled this or more so I should say tried to cancel my subscription a few times now. But I still keep “trying” to get charged. When I say “try” it’s because my payment keeps labeling it suspicious and locks my card. Also the app is crap. Like everyone mention, they leave you on a cliffhanger and make you pay to read the rest. You need to be better.

I paid for a subscription and was also charged for it yet I cannot login or sign in. I really want to use this but I can't get into the app! Please help. Thank you!

Do NOT purchase this subscription. First of all, the app does not give what's advertised. You get a short steamy story, then it ends before anything actually happens. Due to that, I canceled the subscription 20 minutes after I bought it. They responded right away, offering me a 50% refund, which I turned down because I wanted a full refund. I emailed them twice more and they completely ghosted me. No refund, no communication, and a terrible app. DO NOT BUY. Update: this app responded to my review almost immediately and asked me to contact them. I had already contacted them twice with no response and after they responded to this review, I emailed them again. It took them a while to respond but they finally did and offered a full refund. I won't be changing my rating, however. Having to jump through hoops like this is terrible for the customer.

The app has very limited reading options, so I asked to cancel and get a refund 3 days after getting the subscription. At first they tried to tell me they could only do a 50% refund even though they have a 7 days (or more I now can't remember) refund policy. I told them I hav bank receipts that say I only bought it 3 days prior to the refund request, well within the policy time line. They then said thanks for confirming that" and told me they would process the refund. A week later still no refund. They said it was a bug in the system and are now processing the refund. Checked my bank and its there now. I find it sketchy that they at first didn't want to refund the full amount and then there was a bug but magically a few hours after I called them on it my money was returned. Highly suggest not doing business with this app. Don't give them your money.

Low quality AI that can't track the story properly even for a short campaign. The response box is only 150 characters so your ability to respond is incredibly limited, and you have little control over your own character. You can't even add guiding information as you can with something like love&spice, AND the campaign I played before quitting ENDED the moment it got to the spicy stuff. The company is also incredibly evasive regarding refunds, despite having a 14 day money back guarantee clearly displayed on the sign up pages. I requested a refund mere hours after signing up and was offered a partial refund because I was "out of the guarantee period" I have since been ignored by the company, have not been given a refund and my account has been deactivated, meaning I have paid for something I can't use. I'm now pursuing the refund through my bank.
