Refused refunds within 24 hours of purchasing
During the payment process there was a technical difficulty on their end. It charged my account but refuse to let me access my story. I contacted the company and they refused to give me a refund because it was out of the money back guarantee window. It had literally been less than 24 hours. So I will never use this company and I suggest others don't as well.
