My order was placed and a despatch confirmation was sent, unfortunately the sweets were never actually despatched as there were shortfalls in the stock. I requested a refund but was told this was not an option as the deets that had been packed could not go back into stock - so far it's almost 6 weeks from initial order and my order has been sent but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Hopefully the sweets packed 6 weeks ago will still be fresh... I understand that Christmas must be a busy time but communication is poor. There are plenty of other companies selling over priced pick n mix to choose from next time. I've gone for 2 stars rather than one as I'm going the sweets will be better than the customer service.

My delivery didn't arrive on the selected date. It was then out for delivery 2 days later and it didn't show up. 3 days later it was out for delivery again, nothing. It finally arrived in a completely damaged bix and all the sweets were all mixed up. I paid extra for the fizzy sweets to be at the bottom however due to such poor handling, they were not. I spoke to the company and they were not bothered. Before my sweets were finally delivered, they said they will resend them if they get sent back to the sender, however will charge me a fee. Once they arrived I emailed them with photos of the terrible condition the box and sweets were in, no reply. I think, compared to many other companies, Sweet Mouthful Mixes could not care less about their customers. quality of the sweets are not great either. This is a superficial company only out for social media likes and they do not deliver what they preach.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I placed an order but have yet to receive it, and there has been no communication regarding its delivery status. This lack of responsiveness leads me to believe that this company is not trustworthy. I regret falling for the social media hype surrounding them!!!! I strongly advise others to avoid making purchases from this company. UPDATE - Afterposting this review, instagram and an email. I was emailed and my order was shipped! While I'm still disapointed my friends gift did not arrive on time - I have improved my score by 1 star because the sweets are great.

Underwhelmed. It seems like they don’t give an equal measure of each sweet when you order an 5kg tub and its anll just thrown in to the packers discretion , in reality you should get 0.2kg per sweet so its clearly not measured. Sour cola belts it looks like they’d be cut into tiny squares so I didn’t get one belt, the big bubs I got 5 of each when I ordered two types. I got loads of things like shrimps, bananas and the tiny dolphins and some things I got like 5/6. I would also not recommend getting sherbet pips and I would take them off this to pack as they got stuck to every sweet and just melted. It was good I got extra of one sweet as something was out of stock but I’d have preferred an email rather than it be chosen for me.
