My daughter and i got sick after eating a salad from this place

I purchased a Sweetgreen e-gift card for someone in Indianapolis and there doesn’t appear to be a way to review Sweetgreen’s corporate gift-card/customer-service experience directly. I purchased an e-gift card and simply wanted confirmation that it was actually delivered to the recipient. That should have been an incredibly easy question to answer. Instead, I have spent multiple days dealing with automated chat responses, being told there could have been a technical issue, being unable to get confirmation that the gift card was delivered, and trying repeatedly to reach an actual person. At one point I specifically asked how and when I could speak to a live representative, and the chat ended while I was still typing. I also emailed corporate and have received no response. At this point I’ve had to ask the recipient herself whether she received the gift because Sweetgreen apparently cannot confirm delivery of an electronic gift card purchased through its own system. I chose Sweetgreen because my daughter loves it and I thought it would make a thoughtful gift. I genuinely wish I had chosen somewhere else. The gift itself was supposed to be the easy part. The customer-service experience has been unbelievably frustrating and disappointing.

Terrible business

Life is hard enough, working a 9-5 and only getting 30 mins to eat is no easy feat. I ordered Sweet green right before my break to make sure I could have a somewhat healthy meal and not succumb to the easier fast food option and yet again sweet green dropped the ball. I ordered a MISO salmon bowl and they sent two bowls with NO SALMON none. They should have canceled the order instead of sending something I didn't ask for with no protien. How do you run out of fish and the store was only open for about 2 hrs. INSANE! I don't understand how this business is still operating. Send in the robots the people working these jobs clearly don't want their jobs.I will personally contact every 3rd party delivery service to petition to have them dropped from their apps!

I fell in love with sweetgreen in Schaumburg and started spending crazy money there. Recently I have been so sad to see how the quality has dropped. My last three orders were so bad. I kept hoping it was just an off day, but three times in a row is no coincidence. Food that should be hot is cold. The caramelized steak used to taste heaven-sent and now it is dry and worse than something my ten year old would make. Regret spending so much but lesson learned, will not be back.

I was shocked by the manager’s behaviour. The person filming appeared to be standing on a public pavement, yet the manager approached them in an aggressive and confrontational manner. Whether or not the manager believed there was an issue, the situation could have been handled professionally and respectfully. Watching this has left me with a very negative impression of the business.

That manager needs sacking. Just watch a famous travel youtuber with 655,000 Subscribers get accosted by this guy for just taking a video NOT on his property but the sidewalk. Absolute Stupidity. No way to act..... SACK the fool

The staff don't make you feel welcome. They seem on a pedestal.
