So I have been with this casino for about a year and a half. Honestly, in the beginning customer service was very hard to deal with from time to time. But they’ve gotten a lot better. Plus, I think they were short on staff because of the whole pandemic thing so I’m trying not to be too rough on them. I’ve never had any issues with any cash outs and I have cashed out a lot with this casino and I have won a good amount of money with this casino. But I want to give a little shout out to Sandy from customer service. She is so kind and so just helpful and not rude and short and it seriously makes a huge difference on my end when I’m dealing with someone especially when it’s not on the phone it’s just through a message service. It can make a huge difference when they just take that extra minute or two to just be nice so anyway, Sandy was very kind. She helped me with an issue. I was having logging into my Wallet account and I highly recommend this casino they always have paid me and they’re on it when they deposit my money I seriously have really no complaints, I live in California this place is based in Texas. It’s just nice to not have to drive to one of those smoke shops to deposit money into my VegasX or river sweeps account. It makes it so much easier that I can do it the way they have it set up and I just love this casino. I play it constantly so I recommend it and you know just be patient with customer service. I’m sure there’s not many of them and they’re trying their best. They have definitely improved over the last few months. Again, Sandy is awesome and I appreciate her professionalism and kindness.
