After 2 hours of chatting with customer support, I still could not log in to play anything and when I asked how long before a game let's you play, I was told up to 72 hours, meaning once they got your money, you can't play til 72 hrs later

Havent received my cashouts
Shows my cashouts as processed, but havent received 2 of them. One for $200 and one for $500. Customer service just tells you the same thing,
"Cash-outs/ Withdrawal are processed in 3 business days once the cashout shows as processed you will receive an email through paynote telling you when to expect this will be done within 24 hours of it being processed
Note : Weekends don't count as business days.
Note: Cashouts done by admin's only , we agents can't process or reject them ."
Or they just ends the chat with no response. I have received 2 other cashouts from them before, but my 3rd $200 cashout shows as processed since the 1st and I never received it. When I tried to tell customer service they just repeat the same message or tell you to email or call management, but the phone number is fake and doesnt work. The "admin" email doesnt respond either. And I have a $500 cashout that just processed and I have yet to receive as well. There are ways to get the website shutdown if enough ppl were to report them like to the website's hosting provider or domain registrar, the news, social media platforms, google, the fbi's internet crime complaint center, you can also report phishing to google safebrowsing, etc. Or you can File a DMCA Takedown Notice, Report to the FTC or IC3..etc.

Not licensed, not legal. They do what they want
Friends, colleagues, concerned citizens,
We gather today to confront a dangerous and growing threat to our communities: the insidious spread of illegal online gambling, largely facilitated and amplified by social media platforms, with significant ties to entities operating from China.
We are witnessing a digital invasion, where predatory "game rooms" and "lounges" are exploiting vulnerable individuals, including our children, with devastating consequences. These are not innocent games of skill or entertainment. They are sophisticated, addictive gambling platforms, often with connections to overseas operations, masquerading under deceptive names like Fire Kirin, Game Room, Game Vault, Juwa, Ultra Panda, Super Dragon, Orion Stars, All in One, Milkyway, Vblink, Cash Vault, Moolah, Panda Master, Paracasino, and many others.
These platforms are not operating in the shadows. They are brazenly advertised and promoted on platforms like Facebook, reaching millions with enticing promises of easy money and instant gratification. They are exploiting the very tools designed to connect us, to isolate and addict us, and often those tools are being used by foreign actors.
Let's be clear: this is not just about a few misplaced bets. This is about:
* The siphoning of money out of our country, often to foreign entities: These illegal operations, many with links to China, are funneling hard-earned American dollars into the hands of unregulated entities, depriving our communities of vital resources and potentially funding illicit activities.
* The creation of devastating addiction: These games are designed to be addictive, exploiting psychological vulnerabilities and creating a cycle of dependency that ruins lives. They give false hope, that quickly turns to despair.
* The targeting of minors: These platforms are not age-restricted. Children and young adults, with their developing brains and susceptibility to manipulation, are being exposed to the addictive allure of gambling, setting them on a path of potential lifelong struggle.
* The false and misleading marketing: These games are being sold as "skilled games" or "entertainment" to bypass regulations and deceive users. This is a deliberate tactic to confuse and exploit the vulnerable, and this tactic is being utilized by foreign entities to exploit our citizens.
* A national security concern: The rapid movement of large sums of money to foreign entities raises serious questions about national security and the potential for these funds to be used for nefarious purposes.
The consequences are devastating: broken families, financial ruin, mental health crises, and a generation at risk.
We cannot stand idly by while social media platforms, and potentially foreign actors, profit from this exploitation. We demand action. We demand accountability. We demand that Facebook, and other social media platforms, take immediate and decisive steps to:
* Shut down these illegal "game rooms" and "lounges" that are operating on their platforms.
* Implement robust measures to prevent the promotion and advertisement of illegal gambling.
* Work with law enforcement to identify and prosecute those responsible for these predatory operations, and especially to investigate the flow of money to overseas entities.
* Work with federal agencies to determine the national security risks these gambling sites pose.
We are not asking for censorship. We are demanding responsibility. We are demanding that these platforms prioritize the well-being of their users over the pursuit of profit, and that they are held accountable for the foreign entities that exploit their platform.
We are here to protect our communities, our families, and our children. We are here to say, enough is enough. We will not tolerate the exploitation of our citizens, nor the undermining of our national security. We will not allow our future to be gambled away.
Let our voices be heard. Let us demand that Facebook and all social media platforms, and our government, take action now.
