🛑, Stop! I have played hundreds of dollars and for 3 consecutive days on the same game Poseidon and I never saw one bonus round, not to mention winning anything near to redeem. The games have too many glitches as if though they are designed to just roll off your money and pay you nothing! And I am in total disagreement with the majority of their positive reviews, because I noticed what they are doing to get so many positive reviews, when you sign up and start playing, the app allows you to win a few coins and then a box pops up during your game asking you to give them a review, so what do you do, you just won a few coins so you think you will continue to have a fair chance as you continue to play, NOT, you just rated them a 5 star after playing on their site for 30 minutes. Gambling is a game of chance and luck,but when the deck is stacked against you from the beginning, you have absolutely no chance of winning, and that is what I think of Sweet Spot Casino. They have a fair amount of games to play, the customer service is okay, and the verification process was fairly easy and the customer service responds in somewhat of a reasonable time frame. But my experience with playing on their site was one of the most boring experiences I had experienced on any casino site ever, therefore I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to play after my experience, but its always good to try them for yourself! Don’t waste your time or money. First even after winning over $411 only $11.30 is redeemable but you must have at least 100 redeemable sweep coins. I have $411.30 but it does not mean they are redeemable. Luckily I only bought in for $7.99. Stick with the ones that actually pay and there are plenty out there that do. This IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!

Signed up to their website, instantly my account was suspended and it claimed to contact customer support. This was their response "we are unable to proceed with your account creation at this time and therefore you are unable to play on our site." What a terrible response to recieve when I dont even understand what I've done wrong or why I was suspended in the first place. Stay away

With today's world even with a customer having a reasonable complaint you always get that corporate bull. I like the deals and play also but that complaint was answered so I think this site deserves some recognition for their customer service as most make you jump hoops to evem address the issue.
