When I deposited on this site they had zero issues and the payment processed instantly. Now that I finally won and wish to redeem it's seemingly impossible, makes zero sense and séma like this site is a total SCAM!! I submitted a redemption for $160 on June 13th and here we are almost 3 months later and it's still pending! I have reached out to support countless times and they always tell me "your redemption is in the queue, and will be paid as soon as possible" Pretty much have given up hope at this point. Hopefully by writing this review * can stop someone else from making the same mistake. Avoid this site at all costs, there are plenty of trustworthy sites out there that won't rip you off like these guys. I seriously can't believe they are still in business. What they are doing is %100 criminal and they should be behind bars for a long time. I hope eventually they learn their lesson and have to pay for the dispicable crimes they've committed. Or at the very least actually pay all these people the money you owe them. What goes up must come down and they can't get away with this forever. Karma will get them in the end, and * can't wait to see it happen. okay finally rant over, have a nice day, fellow victims 😂

They don't pay. Redemption request for $200 MAY 2ND it's now August 28th. About 4 months ago. Every single email I sent I get the same bot response every time. Find what state they're in and contact the attorney general and file complaint with the FTC too. Shut these scammers down.

My redemption is still sitting in pending. I bought a package after I signed up before reading reviews and won enough to cash out but as others have said it looks like they’re not gunna pay 😡

Great casino but a scam. Waited weeks for an approved cashout and never got it. No support. The contact support button does nothing. I would give zero stars if I could.

I hit a max win yesterday, got an email today stating "As stated in our Terms & Conditions, winnings generated exclusively with free sweep coins are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of $100 which was paid in December 11th 2025" They paid me that $100 in December sure. Fair enough. I never bought in bc I heard they were shady but i also have NEVER seen this kind of TOS ANYWHERE outside of all the NoLimitCoins/FortuneWheels clones. Whatever... Then I go to delete my account, couldn't find it or support. I check FAQ's, where they can't even fill out things like [[[[siteURL]]]] [[[[[supportemail]]], so now I can't even delete my account. It's sites like this that ruin the good sites that exist that pay fairly (even off of free play). If you deposit after reading this, you're an actual idiot.

I made a redemption July 17 and still haven’t received it it’s been over a month…I reached out to customer service several times and I keep receiving the same emails I don’t recommend playing on this website this is literally the worst experience and customer service I ever received from a sweepstake casino i would give it 0 stars if I could!

I hope everybody that place this game stops playing it and and writes bad reviews because they have not paid me. It’s it’s going on to be going on two weeks. they’re playing games they owe me $100.
