Redeem doesn't work and you will randomly get banned.

I attempted to redeem my funds on this site. They blocked my account and stole my deposit. This is a warning they will do this to you. I have attempted to appeal and they stated there intent to keep the deposit. Criminal

They will not pay out unless you're at a loss. I tried pending a redemption while I was below my initial buy in. It was fine for days left as pending. The moment I cancel the redemption to win double. They suddenly block my account without warning. And refuse service. Edit: In light of the response, I would like to add that their "Fair Play" policy has nothing that dictates winning live games as being unfair. Stay far, far away still!

SCAM! put in a redeem and it's been 2 weeks pending. Support kept giving me the run around about how they have a backlog and they're implementing a new withdrawal system. Went to log in today and account was blocked with no warning. Avoid this scam of a site

Absolute scam. Went to redeem make my first redeem for a profit of around 250$ and they ban my account and tell me some bs about unfair play. Do not spend a dime on this site, straight scammers

I should have read the reviews first! This isn’t the first time they have done this to someone. They banned me bc they claim I made duplicate accounts which I did not. My husband also lives here and also my son on th same property. They did this to avoid paying me my winnings. Avoid this place at all costs. There are too many other sites to play on to have to risk them doing the same to you. Besides the games are not all that great the website itself is boring and support sucks here. They have a weird long drawn out redemption process that screams shady anyway. Protect your information folks and play some place else with a better track record

So… I was a little skeptical at 1st due to the fact that they way they do their redemptions is a lot different than almost all of the other sweeps casinos that I have played and redeemed from. BUT…. Their customer service is SO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I email them and BAM!!! Immediately I get a response from them!! At 1st they said that I had 2 accounts but, they helped me we got it all figured out! Very very amazing customer service! Easy to win! Amazing daily bonus! I always get a decent amount on the wheel! Compared to other casinos that have a similar wheel and they give .20 or .30 cents everyday. I usually get at least $1.90 or more on their wheel! I have never made a deposit and was able to withdrawal $150 from my free daily bonus money! Like others have said… their redemptions might take a bit longer than other casinos but…. I am sure they will get quicker the longer they are around and at least they stay in constant contact with you until you do get your money which made me feel very reassured! Thanks so much SweepLasVegas!!! Love you guys and will be a loyal player for a long time!!! Edit: So, when I wrote this review I was told that my redemption had been sent and I would have it within 24 hrs. Well it’s been 36 hrs. And I still have not received it and the bank keeps telling me that it’s them and they keep telling me it’s the bank. I will change the review back if I ever receive my deposit! Okay…. So…. Another edit! It was actually my fault that I hadn’t received my redemption! I didn’t know my bank didn’t accept international transfers and I gave the casino a number that was not correct to send my money. After figuring out what the issue was the casino had still not had the money returned to them from my bank or the account that I gave them the number for. However…. Like a month later I suddenly receive a deposit out of nowhere for the amount of my redemption from this casino! So after I messed it up and gave them so much trouble being a huge pain in the butt! When the deposit was returned they made sure it got into my account!!! So… pretty awesome service if you ask me!!!

Insanely slow redemptions and I was a high level VIP, they banned my account for playing table games. Avoid at all costs.
