SweeplasvegasReviews of sweeplasvegas.com

Put a few hundred on the site and won a pretty big amount only for it to never to be able to redeem it. Set there for weeks and weeks and just the same thing responses from the support which wasn't much besides saying be patient they are having a lot of people redeem high amounts. I should of read the reviews before putting money on the site so that's on me. I just asked for my account to be deleted and won't waste any more money on this site. Never had a site not give me my winnings. Anyways beware of the this one!!!

Don’t expect to ever get your winnings. Don’t expect customer service to ever reply to you either. Update: Site states that it takes 24-48 hours to review and process card redemptions. It has now been 15 days since my initial redemption, which I canceled and then resubmitted after 5 days, and it has been 10 days since my second attempt.

Great deals and great games. Ive had a few successful redemptions and customer support has been pretty decent. You really can't find better deals tbh. Play responsibly and you shouldn't have any issues here. -Grailsoup

This is easily hands down the worst casino that I have ever been on I have $520 right now within two redemptions and my first one has been sitting there for 8 or 9 days I've heard nothing back from the company except for one email when I've emailed them numerous times threatening to call the better Business bureau on them and they won't even reply to that when you won't reply to an email what someone threatening your company That's when I know you do not care at all this is absolutely absurd but it's okay because I've already called the better Business bureau so this place is going to have a lot of problems I want my money

This casino is awful and support is even worse. I have now been waiting 6 weeks for a redemption of 100 dollars. This was not free money or free plays, I deposited to play here. Customer service tells me the same thing each time I contact them.

They refused to pay out my winnings citing bonus abuse, then deleted my account. Every reputable casino handles this situation in a better way. Had to chargeback to get my money back, which didn't even appear on my bank statement as sweeplasvegas, because this site also engages in transaction laundering. STAY AWAY

They refuse to pay players. They never reply in a timely fashion. Every reply from their customer service is the exact same. They are just like The Money Factory in every regard, and should be shut down for taking money from players and never paying them in return. That is theft.

I have been trying to get a redemption since December. I have been given every excuse possible. Chalking this one up to a lesson learned and contacting the CFPB.
