Blocked me from their site and sent me an ugly email stating I created numerous accounts. There's no way that's possible. I live alone and just recently even discovered the site. Ill bring my money elsewhere.

Don't waste your time. If you try to buy coins from their store and your bank declines the transaction because they're trying to make sure, it's actually you making the purchase, SWEEPKINGS will block your account and ban you from playing all because your bank declined the transaction to make sure it isn't a fraudulent purchase.

I won 100$ off the daily login got verified and withdrew no issue. Only problem its a prepaid virtual visa card with an automatic 5$ fee. But hey not gonna complain. Now a month later same thing. Won 100 off of 2$ daily login even made sure I wagered it 20 times and when contacting support they said I had to wager 471.50$ more to redeem. When confronted with the math I was left with no reply. Not worth it especially for a ridiculous wager rule and its redeeming options

Absolutely trash! I play at dozens of social casinos, and I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life. Disrespectful and rude. I signed up and got 2 SC. I tried to play a game and it won't even let you try unless you do KYC. Most casinos only need this if you want to redeem. They use Sumsub, and I have an account with that verification company. And still, sweepking wouldn't verify me. I sent their support an email, telling them that I have a sumsub account and that I haven't had a problem elsewhere. They sent me one email. SAYING I AM PERMANENTLY BLOCKED FROM THEIR SITE! What kind of garbage is that? I mean, no loss on my end, but I spend a good amount of money on social casinos, and apparently they don't need or want my money. I couldn't believe what I was reading when I got that email. So if you can get verified, go ahead and try it. But I can't imagine they are any good with customer service like that. I will be posting bad reviews everywhere I can, and on all of my social media.
