Wasted $500 (including their free bonus obviously) basically, never had no wins like that before, that part obviously is not their fault, it’s just just bad luck on my end, however I never once lost as much as I have in all the time I’ve been doing this, but regardless with 20x play through there is no profit to ever be won. No reason to go here purposely, I regret paying as much as I did, I feel like an idiot. Mathematically it doesn’t make sense to spend even $1 to get $1 bonus. You’ll never get the bonus money, the odds are simply not there. They may as well completely remove bonuses honestly, it would make much more logical sense.

Hi your redemption process does not make any sense to me you refuse to pay when you win i play with other casinos and their system is not like yours they pay off when you win even if you win using bonuses money they they pay off you have good games but whats the use of playing them if you do not get paid when you win. I’ve been on several casino online sites none worse than Sweepking. After signing on and getting myself registered paid $50 for coins and started playing. It didn’t take too long and I had about $300 worth of winnings. I decided that I was gonna redeem that but they have a rule that says they use a Wagger rule that were requirement to spend another $980 before being able to cash out. I usually don’t like to call bullshit on companies or people but dang that was just wrong. And you don’t even have a way to figure out how far along you are you have to ask their support. They attach a 20x playthrough requirement on all bonuses. If you buy a $250 package like I did, you'll need to spin thru it for over $5000. Very hard to win in that instance. I won $3,000+ but could not cash out above $100 at any time. And they only offer prepaid cards which expire within 6months, which explains a lot. Would not recommend this platform for social gaming.

My wife and I both decided to try this site. I bought my SC and played it and won approximately $400-500. To my surprise I went to redeem and I was only allowed to be allowed to collect $100/day via payouts.com. That goes for everyone. Then I wasn't even allowed to do that. I reached out to customer service and it was shady. You can either wait longer on their site or be sent over to Whatsapp or something like that and speak there. I finally got an answer this morning stating my account was under review and investigation. I have all the proof to show that I did nothing shady or legal or against their rules and now I still don't get my money in a timely fashion. They said I have to wait five more days and then reach back out. I guess I got to save up their money to pay me $100/day. Really review their terms before you go there. Or just stay away.
