Hi Angela Thanks for leaving your review Any purchased funds can be redeemed freely once played, however any promotional funds available are intended to enhance your gaming experience rather serve as freely redeemable balance. Which is why the x20 wager is applicable to them. This is clearly reflected in the T&Cs, which are provided upon registration. Additionally, when playing and wagering your promotional SC - any bonus SC won in the process is not applied with additional x20 wager. Wager is applied only to newly added or received bonus SC from bundle purchases or daily bonuses.

Hi Annie And thanks for your review At the moment our team is still working on integrating MasterCards as one of the methods for redemptions. Which is why we suggest to use alternative redeem methods. Stay tuned to our updates, we’re launching a lot of new features soon. Visa cards redemptions are available to you anytime. The virtual prepaid cards can be used with the majority of popular and large vendors. And you can also link them to your ApplePay. Also, we do not limit our users redemptions if all platform rules have been fulfilled. All of your redemption requests have been processed successfully. If any questions or you need assistance, we recommend to get in touch with our Customer Support team for immediate assistance.

Hi, Ethan! Based on the details provided, our team has reviewed your case, including your questions about redemption limits and the status of your redeem requests. After the large win, the game result was subject to an additional review with the game provider to confirm that there was no technical issue or error. This review was completed in your favor. At the time the case was resolved in your favor and your daily redemption limit was increased, around 80% of the winnings still remained available on your account balance. Redemption access was available after the review was completed. We understand your frustration with the outcome and will separately review whether our support communication could have been clearer regarding the concerns you shared. We take your feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our processes. For privacy reasons, we cannot discuss further account-specific details publicly. Please contact our Support Team directly if you need any additional clarification, and our senior staff members will be able to provide a full account-level breakdown.

A verified account should be able to proceed with redemption once all requirements are met. If the redemption page froze or support has not yet responded, we’d like to look into it. We can see that you’ve already provided your account ID. Our support team will use that information to review the issue, contact you directly, and help resolve the redemption problem as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience while we investigate.
