Was locked out of my account for absolutely no reason and zero notice sent prior. Absolutely terrible customer service. I sit in the chat forever and when someone does finally respond, they just push me off to someone else who “might” email me back. Oh and let’s not forget their garbage Redemption process. They sit there and backwards drain your actual SC and then when you finally drain that, ONLY THEN can you start doing your play through of 20x. Terrible platform and all around ridiculous terms. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! There are so many other legitimate and fair casinos online. This one will never get my money again.

First of all I love the set up and the games, because they have most of my favorites. I also love the win ratio ,because I was up to 3 or 4 hundred dollars. The Negative part is that I had 3 of my favorite games to stop and read" Internal error to contact support" 2 of them are still while in bonus!! Idk if I'll even continue my bonuses. I could still play other games until I tried to add more money and the game completely shut me out ,my credentials thru Google and my email sign in won't work! I'm waiting for support to fix the problem and reply back in my emails at this point. UPDATE!!!! I was finally sent an email stating per their "policy" if you are found to have 1 or more your purchases returned or charged back or reversed your account will be suspended. I only had 1 redemption of 100 which I don't know if I'll get. I haven't been returned anything,nor charged back!!!! This is my WORST experience dealing with a ln online casino! 20x playthrough on their welcome bonus. Almost bought the $99.99 for 200 SC pack then I read the terms. Yes, technically this isn’t a scam but you’ll never see your winnings trying to play through your funds 20x time. What a joke. Stay Away. Edit:They’ve responded saying only promo/bomus coins have that play through req of 20x. Meaning if you buy the $99.99 for 200SC pack you’ll have to playthrough 100 of said SC 20x. That’s $2000 worth of wins. My point still stands. You’ll never see a return. Read the comments below mines for confirmation. Stay away

EDIT: Issue was never resolved. Avoid this scam site at all costs! Actually really like this site, but the customer service is extremely lacking when it comes to you being able to redeem. I understand the playthrough on bonuses and I understand the max withdrawal every day of 500SC. Neither of those things apply to me, but that's all the customer service rep will say. I did a redemption for 500SC. It shows as declined in my profile though. The customer service rep tells me first it's because I haven't played through enough. This is false- I have played through 10,000+SC. I know this because I hit really big and then played it all back, then hit again and went back up slightly. So, no that's false. Second, he tells me it's declined because I don't have sufficient balance, yet I have over 3500SC. This seems extremely sketchy to me, but I keep giving you guys the benefit of the doubt. Now no one will answer my messages at all. I have taken screenshots of my balance, my account, the attempted redemption, and all of the chats in case my account mysteriously gets closed. If Sweepking is legit and pays out what I won, I will change my rating here to 5 stars!

Legit scam casino. Literal scammers. You'll play through your money 50 times and theyll still tell you that you have to play through more.

UPDATE: They paid me but now when I try to redeem now they keep denying it and lying saying I haven't met the wagering requirements BS! I be playing well over it and still can't cash out my winnings now and they control the slots one minute your hitting good they the next or two not even a bonus round you will completely rigged people have common sense to know how a legit casino runs and this one is not it. This casino is run by scammers that give you the run around instead of paying you your winnings please avoid this casino I have given up trying to get my money from them they will never pay you trust I know from experience that's sad!
