Hi, Kathy! We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Account restrictions are never applied simply because someone is winning. If a limitation was placed, it would be related to a security or compliance review. Please reply with the email address or account ID associated with your profile so we can locate your account and review the situation in detail. We’ll investigate and provide you with a clear update.

Hi, Kayla! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’d like to clarify how the playthrough and redemption process works on our platform. According to our wager rules: • Purchased bundles must be played one time to become eligible for redemption. • Coins received as part of promotional or daily bonuses require a 20x playthrough before they can be redeemed. In situations where only bonus coins are used, a qualifying purchase is required to activate redemption, as outlined in our terms. This is a standard requirement to ensure compliance with the wager rules. Regarding payouts, redemptions can only be processed to the same debit card that was previously used for a purchase. We are also actively working on making playthrough tracking and calculations more transparent to reduce confusion going forward.

Hi, thanks for your message. We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that your verification has now been completed successfully. You should be able to access the platform normally. If you’re still seeing any issues, please contact support with your account ID so we can assist further.

Hi, thanks for sharing your concern. To clarify, the 20x playthrough requirement applies only to bonus or promotional credits, not to deposited funds. If you play using bonuses, those terms must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Deposits made without bonuses are not subject to this requirement. All promotion terms are clearly outlined before participation, and our support team can review any specific case to explain how the balance was used. If you’d like us to look into your situation, please contact support or provide your account details in the review.

Hello Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We would like to clarify that our payment and security systems detected a potential risk during the attempted transaction from your bank. As a result, the payment was automatically declined and the account was temporarily restricted as a precautionary security measure. These actions are taken to protect both our users and the platform and can occur even if a purchase was not completed. We understand that you were interested in using the SweepKing platform and exploring our games, and that being unable to do so may have caused frustration. We are sorry for the inconvenience this situation may have caused. You are always welcome to contact our support team directly. They will be able to review your case in detail and discuss possible next steps with you. Kind regards, SweepKing Team

Hello Susan, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are sorry that your account had to be closed and we know that it doesn't feel ok. We don’t “pick and choose” who may play. All new accounts go through the same verification and risk controls required by our Official Rules and by U.S. compliance standards (e.g., age/identity and residency checks, fraud prevention, and sanctions screening). From time to time, those checks mean we can’t proceed with an account. To protect both customer privacy and the integrity of our security controls, we aren’t able to discuss specific screening results in a public forum.
