The verification process was extremely confusing. It took a little going back and forth to figure it out with support via email; we eventually figured out that I couldn't verify my account because my phone number had not been entered in. After I was successfully verified, they paid out my redemption in about 24 hours.

This is a new casino being offered by the sweepium brand. They have terrible reputation for opening new casinos and closing them without paying redemptions. Just this week they have announced gummy play, another site they operate. Is closing down. Unfortunately they aren’t processing redemptions. They recently had another site juicypopslots close down unexpectedly without returning players money. This company keeps failing and stealing players money and opening new casinos.
