Been over a week waiting on my redemption I was told it had been approved and in queue since Monday it’s now Friday and they just keep saying they are escalating my ticket and no one has reached out

SCAMMERS. They denied my second redemption and closed my account just like the other people here. No refund sent. Just another scam casino. This is just another Mamba Limited site operating under “Majig Limited,” likely because they’ve ruined their reputation under Mamba. I encourage everyone to start charging back any deposits they’ve made to this company whether you’ve been paid or not. They lied claiming to be a sweepstakes casino when they’re actually operating like a real money casino. Even being so bold as claiming in emails they’re banning you because of data they acquired of you doing “low risk wagering.” Uh I thought you were a sweepstakes? Low risk wagering? Not to mention you can wager whatever denomination you want or can afford. 100% fraud.

Another scam site. Made my account. Waited a couple days and was gonna log in and make a purchase and my account was suspended. I emailed like support and they messaged back and said I was “stacking coins" whatever that means and making low wager bets was the reason for suspension. Imagine how fast your account would be suspended if you spend $50 and made a $1000 redemption request. Save your money!

Another scam casino that doesn’t process redemptions and closes account and confiscated balance. I deposited about $80 total and was doing $20 bonus buys. I managed to hit a massive $1000 win. Awesome! I initiated a withdrawl after fully verifying my account. Last night I subnitttd the withdrawl and this morning I received email notification the withdrawl has been denied for some reason and I was told to log in and contact customer support. To my surprise when I attempted to log in. My account has apparently been closed and my money has been confiscated. I can confidently say this is a scam casino that doesn’t process redemptions. Do not deposit here

Deposited $100 and initiated a redemption. They then declined my redemption and closed my account. Stay far away, this is truly a scam casino.
